Any licensed health care provider found by the\n\nappropriate licensing board or state agency to be in violation of\n\nthe provisions of subsection E of Section 725.2 of this title shall\n\nbe punished by an administrative penalty of not less than Twenty-\n\nfive Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)\n\nto be administered and collected by the appropriate licensing board\n\nor state agency.\n\n2. Any person who is not a licensed health care provider and\n\nfound by the appropriate licensing board or state agency to be in\n\nviolation of the provisions of subsection E of Section 725.2 of this\n\ntitle, shall be punished by an administrative penalty of not less\n\nthan Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00) to be administered and collected by the appropriate\n\nlicensing board or state agency. Each day this act is violated\n\nshall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.\n\nB. 1. Any licensed health care provider found by the\n\nappropriate licensing board or state agency to be in violation of\n\nthe provisions of this act, other than subsection E of Section 725.2\n\nof this title, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00) to be administered and collected by the appropriate\n\nlicensing board or state agency.\n\n2. Any person who is not a licensed health care provider and\n\nfound by the appropriate licensing board or state agency to be in\n\nviolation of the provisions of this act, other than subsection E of\n\nSection 725.2 of this title, shall be punished by an administrative\n\npenalty of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more\n\nthan Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to be administered and\n\ncollected by the appropriate licensing board or state agency.\n\n3. Each day this act is violated shall constitute a separate\n\noffense and shall be punishable as such.\n\nC.
