Proof that any class of persons identified in Section 725.2\n\nof this title appends to their name the word \"Doctor\", the\n\nabbreviation \"Dr.\", or any other word, abbreviation or designation,\n\nwhich word, abbreviation or designation, indicate that such person\n\nis qualified for diagnosis or treatment, as herein defined, shall\n\nconstitute prima facie evidence that such person is holding himself\n\nor herself out, within the meaning of Sections 731.1 through 731.6\n\nof this title, as qualified to engage in diagnosis or treatment.\n\nB.
