Stat. tit. 59, § 59-731.4","heading":"Punishment for violations","body":"Any person who shall violate the provisions of this act shall be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be\n\npunished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00), nor more\n\nthan Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the\n\ncounty jail for not less than five (5) days, nor more than thirty\n\n(30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
