Stat. tit. 59, § 59-731.5","heading":"Application of law","body":"Nothing in Sections 731.1 through 731.6 of this title shall\n\napply to:\n\n1. Any commissioned officer in any of the healing arts licensed\n\nas such in the United States Army, Navy, Marines, Public Health\n\nService, or Marine Hospital Service, in the discharge of the\n\nprofessional duties of such officer;\n\n2. Any legally qualified person when engaged exclusively in the\n\npractice of the particular profession of such person, as defined by\n\nlaw;\n\n3. Any licensed person practicing any of the healing arts from\n\nanother state or territory, when in actual consultation with a\n\nlicensed practitioner in this state;\n\n4. Any physician's trained assistant who is assisting a\n\nlicensed physician to render services within the licensed scope of\n\npractice of the physician, if the assistant is under the supervision\n\nand control of the physician;\n\n5. Any student in any recognized school of the healing arts in\n\ncarrying out prescribed courses of study provided such school is a\n\nrecognized institution by the statutes of Oklahoma, and its\n\npractitioners are duly licensed as prescribed by law;\n\n6. The practice of those who endeavor to prevent, or cure,\n\ndisease or suffering, by spiritual means or prayer; or\n\n7.
