Stat. tit. 59, § 59-738.2","heading":"Consent of Board issuing license - Laws governing - Duty","body":"of Attorney General.\n\nNone of the Boards referred to in Section 1 of this act shall be\n\npermitted to institute an action to enjoin any person who holds a\n\nvalid license regularly issued by any other of the above-named\n\nBoards without first obtaining the written consent of said other\n\nBoard to file such injunction proceedings. The terms and provisions\n\nof the respective acts and laws creating and establishing the Boards\n\nabove referred to are set forth in Title 59, Oklahoma Statutes 1951,\n\nas Chapters 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13 and 14. Provided, that in the event\n\nany of the above-named Boards as to an injunction action, or the\n\nproper district attorney as to a criminal action, fails or refuses\n\nto file such an action to enforce the respective acts and laws\n\napplicable to any such Board within ninety (90) days after complaint\n\nof violation thereof is made thereto, it shall be the duty of the\n\nAttorney General of the State of Oklahoma, if such a sworn complaint\n\nis made thereto, to file and prosecute an appropriate injunction or\n\ncriminal action to enforce said act or law, that is, if he finds\n\nthere is sufficient competent evidence to support such action.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2c3a65d39135b796a570191a94dd8ab7635f91651887ea76cd53fd5efe4ae2cd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-738.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-738.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
