Stat. tit. 59, § 59-738.6","heading":"Actions for declaratory rulings","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no board referred to\n\nin Section 738.1 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes may bring or\n\nmaintain any action for declaratory ruling against any person or\n\nentity, including any agency of this state, other than licensees of\n\nthat board or persons holding themselves out as licensees of that\n\nboard, to determine if any act performed by such person or entity\n\nconstitutes the unauthorized practice of a healing art regulated by\n\nthat board.\n\nThe provisions of this section shall not be construed to impair\n\nor in any manner affect any civil action for a declaratory ruling\n\nbrought or for any actions arising pursuant to Section 491.1 of\n\nTitle 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes prior to September 1, 1996.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b58299ffcf09cbc6f5557dc140a13db2a96d8477e4c921a39dc7994f5ee7aa76","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-738.4","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-858-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
