Applicants for a broker license who hold a sales associate\n\nlicense or are not currently licensed shall meet the following\n\nrequirements:\n\n1. Have two (2) years’ of active licensure within the previous\n\nfive (5) years or its equivalent;\n\n2. Submit to the Commission evidence of successful completion\n\nof ninety (90) clock hours or its equivalent as determined by the\n\nCommission of advanced real estate instruction in a course of study\n\napproved by the Commission and completion of the Broker in Charge\n\ncourse as defined in the Code. The education required in this\n\nsubsection shall only be valid for a period of three (3) years from\n\nthe date the school certified successful completion of the course;\n\nthereafter, the applicant shall be required to successfully complete\n\nan additional ninety (90) clock hours or its equivalent in advanced\n\nreal estate instruction;\n\n3. Provide documentation verifying ten real estate transactions\n\nwithin the past five (5) years or the equivalent as determined by\n\nthe Commission. For the purposes of this subsection only,\n\ntransaction shall be defined as the completed sale, exchange,\n\npurchase, or lease of real estate and shall be demonstrated on forms\n\ndeveloped by the Commission; and\n\n4. Apply to the Commission to take an examination for the\n\npurpose of securing a license as a broker.\n\nB. Application shall be made upon forms prescribed by the\n\nCommission and shall be accompanied by fees as provided for in this\n\nCode and all information and documents the Commission may require.\n\nC. If the applicant has passed the examination, received final\n\napproval of the application, and paid the appropriate fees provided\n\nfor in this Code along with the Oklahoma Real Estate Education and\n\nRecovery Fund fee, the Commission shall issue to the applicant a\n\nbroker license.\n\nD. Applicants for a broker license who hold a broker associate\n\nlicense shall meet the following requirements:\n\n1.
