Applicants for a broker associate license shall meet the\n\nfollowing requirements:\n\n1. Hold a renewable broker associate or sales associate license\n\nand have two (2) years’ active licensure within the previous five\n\n(5) years as a sales associate or provisional sales associate, or\n\nits equivalent;\n\n2. Submit to the Commission evidence of successful completion\n\nof ninety (90) clock hours, or its equivalent as determined by the\n\nCommission, of advanced real estate instruction in a course of study\n\napproved by the Commission. The education required in this\n\nsubsection shall only be valid for a period of three (3) years from\n\nthe date the school certified successful completion of the course;\n\nthereafter, the applicant shall be required to successfully complete\n\nan additional ninety (90) clock hours or its equivalent in advanced\n\nreal estate instruction; and\n\n3. Apply to the Commission to take an examination for the\n\npurpose of securing a license as a broker associate.\n\nB. Application shall be made upon forms prescribed by the\n\nCommission and shall be accompanied by fees as provided for in this\n\nCode and all information and documents the Commission may require.\n\nC. The applicant shall appear in person for an examination\n\nwhich shall be prescribed by the Commission.\n\nD.
