A certified transcript from an institution of higher\n\neducation, accredited by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher\n\nEducation or the corresponding accrediting agency of another state,\n\ncertifying to the successful completion of a six-academic-hour basic\n\ncourse of real estate instruction, or its equivalent, for which\n\ncollege credit was given, shall be prima facie evidence of\n\nsuccessful completion of the clock hours of basic real estate\n\ninstruction for a provisional sales associate applicant as required\n\nin Section 858-302 of this Code. The education required in this\n\nsubsection shall only be valid for a period of three (3) years from\n\nthe date the school certified successful completion of the course;\n\nthereafter, the applicant shall be required to successfully complete\n\nan additional six-academic-hour basic course of real estate\n\ninstruction, or its equivalent.\n\nB. A certified transcript from an institution of higher\n\neducation, accredited by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher\n\nEducation or the corresponding accrediting agency of another state,\n\ncertifying to the successful completion of a three-academic-hour\n\ncourse of real estate instruction, or its equivalent, consisting of\n\nthe provisional sales associate postlicense education requirements\n\nfor which college credit was given, shall be prima facie evidence of\n\nsuccessful completion of the clock hours of real estate instruction\n\nfor the postlicense education requirement as required in Section\n\n858-302 of this title.\n\nC. A certified transcript from an institution of higher\n\neducation, accredited by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher\n\nEducation or the corresponding agency of another state, certifying\n\nto the successful completion of a six-academic-hour advanced course\n\nof real estate instruction, or its equivalent, for which college\n\ncredit was given, shall be prima facie evidence of successful\n\ncompletion of the clock hours of advanced real estate instruction,\n\nor its equivalent, as required in Section 858-303 of this Code for a\n\nbroker applicant.\n\nD.
