The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission may license as a broker\n\nany association or corporation in which the managing member or\n\nmanaging officer holds a license as a real estate broker, as defined\n\nin this Code, and in which every member, officer or employee who\n\nacts as a real estate broker or real estate sales associate holds a\n\nlicense for that purpose, as defined in this Code. The Commission\n\nmay license as a real estate broker any partnership in which each\n\npartner holds a license as a real estate broker, as defined in this\n\nCode.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission shall require the\n\nregistration of all teams affiliated under a brokerage for the\n\npurpose of allowing the Commission to better align and track the\n\nteams within each brokerage. For the purposes of this section, a\n\nteam shall mean any two or more licensees who work under the\n\nsupervision of the same broker, work together on real estate\n\ntransactions to provide brokerage services, represent themselves to\n\nthe public as being part of a team, and are designated by a team\n\nname. Such registration shall occur before a team performs any\n\nlicensed activities, and the broker shall notify the Commission when\n\nany team name is no longer being used. The Commission may charge a\n\nregistration fee for each team not to exceed the administrative\n\ncosts of the registration process.\n\nC.
