Any person who desires to perform licensed activities in\n\nOklahoma but maintains a place of business outside of Oklahoma may\n\nobtain an Oklahoma nonresident license by complying with all\n\napplicable provisions of this Code including the successful\n\ncompletion of the applicable Oklahoma state portion of the real\n\nestate examination.\n\nB. The nonresident shall give written consent that actions and\n\nsuits at law may be commenced against the nonresident licensee in\n\nany county in this state wherein any cause of action may arise or be\n\nclaimed to have arisen out of any transaction occurring in the\n\ncounty because of any transactions commenced or conducted by the\n\nnonresident or the nonresident's associates or employees in such\n\ncounty. The nonresident shall further, in writing, appoint the\n\nsecretary-treasurer of said Commission as service agent to receive\n\nservice of summons for the nonresident in all of such actions and\n\nservice upon the secretary-treasurer of such Commission shall be\n\nheld to be sufficient to give the court jurisdiction over the\n\nnonresident in all such actions.\n\nC. A broker who is duly licensed in another state and who has\n\nnot obtained an Oklahoma nonresident license may enter a cooperative\n\nbrokerage agreement with a licensed real estate broker in this\n\nstate.
