Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-307.1","heading":"Issuance of license - Term - Fees","body":"The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission shall issue every real\n\nestate license for a term of thirty-six (36) months with the\n\nexception of a provisional sales associate license whose license\n\nterm shall be for twelve (12) months. License terms shall not be\n\naltered except for the purpose of general reassignment of the terms\n\nwhich might be necessitated for maintaining an equitable staggered\n\nlicense term system. The expiration date of the license shall be\n\nthe end of the twelfth or thirty-sixth month, whichever is\n\napplicable, including the month of issuance.
