Prior to the issuance of a license pursuant to this Code,\n\neach applicant shall submit to a national criminal history record\n\ncheck, as defined by Section 150.9 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nB. Upon receipt by the Commission of criminal history, the\n\nCommission shall conduct an investigation in accordance with rules\n\npromulgated by the Commission.\n\nC.
