The Commission may place a license on inactive status when\n\nthe request therefor is accompanied by sufficient reason; however,\n\nsaid status shall not relieve the licensee from paying the required\n\nfees. The request for inactive status shall be in writing on forms\n\nfurnished by the Commission.\n\nB.
