A real estate broker shall maintain a specific place of\n\nbusiness. Such place of business shall comply with all local laws\n\nand shall be available to the public during reasonable business\n\nhours.\n\nB. If a real estate broker maintains more than one place of\n\nbusiness and the additional location is an extension of the main\n\noffice, a branch office license must be obtained for each additional\n\nlocation. Each branch office shall be under the direction and\n\nsupervision of a separate broker and shall be considered a managing\n\nbroker of the branch office.
