The payment or promise of payment or compensation by a party\n\nto a broker does not determine what relationship, if any, has been\n\nestablished between the broker and a party to a transaction.\n\nB. In the event a broker receives a fee or compensation from\n\nany party to the transaction based on a selling price or lease cost\n\nof a transaction, such receipt does not constitute a breach of duty\n\nor obligation to any party to the transaction.\n\nC. A broker or real estate owner of record may compensate or\n\noffer compensation to any real estate professional licensed by the\n\nOklahoma Real Estate Commission for providing brokerage services in\n\nconnection with the purchase, lease, sale, transfer, or exchange of\n\nreal estate located in this state.\n\nD. 1. Nothing in this section requires a broker to charge, or\n\nprohibits a broker from charging, a separate fee or other\n\ncompensation for each duty or other brokerage services provided\n\nduring a transaction.\n\n2.
