Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-605","heading":"Expenditure of funds","body":"At any time when the total amount of monies deposited in the\n\nOklahoma Real Estate Education and Recovery Fund exceeds Two Hundred\n\nFifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), the Commission in its\n\ndiscretion may expend such excess funds each fiscal year for the\n\nfollowing purposes:\n\n1. To promote the advancement of education in the field of real\n\nestate for the benefit of the general public;\n\n2. To promote the advancement of education in the field of real\n\nestate for the benefit of those licensed under the Oklahoma Real\n\nEstate License Code; provided, such promotion shall not be construed\n\nto allow advertising of this profession;\n\n3. To underwrite educational seminars and other forms of\n\neducational projects for the benefit of real estate licensees;\n\n4. To establish real estate courses at institutions of higher\n\nlearning located in the state and accredited by the State Regents\n\nfor Higher Education for the purpose of making such courses\n\navailable to licensees and the general public;\n\n5. To contract for a particular educational project in the\n\nfield of real estate to further the purposes of the Oklahoma Real\n\nEstate License Code;\n\n6. To implement and maintain a public registry for the benefit\n\nof real estate licensees and the general public;\n\n7. To produce and distribute an agency newsletter available to\n\nthe general public and real estate licensees; and\n\n8.
