Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-626","heading":"Home Inspection Licensing Act Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Construction Industries Board, to be designated the \"Home\n\nInspection Licensing Act Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Board pursuant to the Home\n\nInspection Licensing Act. All monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nBoard for the purpose of implementing and enforcing the Home\n\nInspection Licensing Act.
