Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-630","heading":"Documentation and fees - Issuance, renewal and","body":"reactivation of license - Insurance.\n\nTo be licensed as a home inspector, or to renew or reactivate a\n\nlicense, an applicant shall submit to the Construction Industries\n\nBoard such documents and fees as are required by the Home Inspection\n\nLicensing Act or the rules promulgated pursuant thereto and shall\n\nprovide evidence of having secured a certificate of general\n\nliability insurance in the amount required by rule.
