The Committee may impose administrative fines on any\n\nlicensee licensed pursuant to the Home Inspection Licensing Act.\n\nFines may be imposed as follows:\n\n1. Any administrative fine imposed as a result of a violation\n\nof the Home Inspection Licensing Act or rules promulgated pursuant\n\nthereto shall not:\n\na. be less than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and shall\n\nnot exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each\n\nviolation, or\n\nb. exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for all\n\nviolations resulting from a single inspection;\n\n2. All administrative fines shall be paid within thirty (30)\n\ndays of written notification to the licensee of the order imposing\n\nthe administrative fine or, if the licensee appeals the fine, within\n\nthirty (30) days of the decision of the Construction Industries\n\nBoard in favor of the action of the Board unless the district court\n\nstays the order of the Board pending an appeal pursuant to the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act;\n\n3. The Board may suspend the license until any fine imposed\n\nupon the licensee is paid; and\n\n4. If fines are not paid in full by the licensee as required by\n\nthis subsection, the Board shall revoke the license.\n\nB.
