The purpose of the Oklahoma Certified Real\n\nEstate Appraisers Act is to provide appraisers within the state a\n\nprocess for certification which will allow them to participate in a\n\nfederally related transaction and real estate-related financial\n\ntransactions of the agencies, instrumentalities and federally\n\nrecognized entities as defined and recognized in Title XI of the\n\nFinancial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of\n\n1989.
