Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-707","heading":"Powers and duties of Insurance Department","body":"The Insurance Department shall have the following powers and\n\nduties:\n\n1. The Department shall provide administrative support for the\n\nBoard including, but not limited to, office space, equipment and\n\nfurnishings, IT support, payroll and employee benefit administration\n\nand processing, and travel and expense reimbursement, and shall\n\nmanage the Board's funds at the direction of the Board. The\n\nInsurance Department shall be entitled to reimbursement for the\n\nannual cost of providing administrative support. Upon invoice and a\n\nwritten directive of any expenditure approved by the Director, the\n\nInsurance Department shall process and make payment for the\n\nexpenditure from Board funds within fifteen (15) business days of\n\nreceipt of the written directive from the Board. All other Board-\n\ndirected expenditures shall be processed according to Insurance\n\nDepartment policy;\n\n2. To receive application for Oklahoma certification;\n\n3. To establish the administrative procedures for processing\n\napplications for Oklahoma certification;\n\n4. To maintain a registry of the names and addresses of people\n\ncertified pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Certified Real\n\nEstate Appraisers Act and transmit such registry to the Appraisal\n\nSubcommittee;\n\n5. To retain records and all application materials submitted to\n\nit; and\n\n6.
