The Insurance Department shall charge and collect fees not\n\nto exceed the following:\n\n1. Trainee Appraiser Certificate\n\n(annually) $300.00\n\n2. State Licensed Appraiser Certificate\n\n(annually) $300.00\n\n3. State Certified General Appraiser\n\nCertificate (annually) $300.00\n\n4. State Certified Residential Appraiser\n\nCertificate (annually) $300.00\n\n5. State Licensed Appraiser Examination $150.00\n\n6. State Certified General Appraiser\n\nExamination $150.00\n\n7. State Certified Residential Appraiser\n\nExamination $150.00\n\n8. Reexamination Fee $150.00\n\n9. Late Fee $50.00\n\n10. Reinstatement Fee $50.00\n\n11. Duplicate for Lost or Destroyed\n\nCertificate $5.00\n\n12. Temporary Practice Fee Per Appraisal $50.00\n\n13. Maximum Temporary Practice Fee Per\n\nAssignment $150.00\n\nB. The Department shall charge and collect such fees as may be\n\npromulgated by administrative rule by the Real Estate Appraiser\n\nBoard for the conduct of experience reviews required in the\n\nlicensing process.\n\nC. The Department shall charge and collect such fees as may be\n\npromulgated by administrative rule by the Real Estate Appraiser\n\nBoard for review of submissions by course providers and instructors.\n\nD. All state licensed, state certified residential, and state\n\ncertified general appraisers shall be responsible for payment of all\n\nFederal Registry Fees.
