Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-715","heading":"Nonresident applicants - Consent of service of process","body":"- Reciprocal license.\n\nA. Every applicant for certification pursuant to the provisions\n\nof the Oklahoma Certified Real Estate Appraisers Act who is not a\n\nresident of this state shall submit, with the application for\n\ncertification, an irrevocable consent that service of process upon\n\nthe applicant may be made by delivery of the process to the\n\nSecretary of State if, in an action against the applicant in a court\n\nof this state arising out of the applicant's activities as an\n\nOklahoma certified real estate appraiser, the plaintiff cannot, in\n\nthe exercise of due diligence, effect personal service upon the\n\napplicant.\n\nB. An appraiser licensed by and residing in another state who\n\nis not licensed as an Oklahoma appraiser and who does not obtain an\n\nOklahoma temporary practice permit for such purpose, may apply for\n\nand obtain an Oklahoma reciprocal license if:\n\n1. The appraiser licensing and certification program of the\n\nstate of the appraiser’s licensure and residence is in compliance\n\nwith the reciprocity provisions of 12 U.S.C. 3351(b) and such other\n\nstate has in place a policy of issuing a reciprocal certification or\n\nlicense for an appraiser licensed by another state; and\n\n2.
