To obtain a renewal certificate as a trainee, state\n\nlicensed, state certified residential or state certified general\n\nreal estate appraiser, the holder of a current, valid certificate\n\nshall make application and pay the prescribed fee to the Board not\n\nearlier than one hundred twenty (120) days nor later than thirty\n\n(30) days after the expiration date of the certificate then held.\n\nWith the application for renewal, the trainee, state licensed, state\n\ncertified residential or state certified general real estate\n\nappraiser shall present evidence in the form prescribed by the Board\n\nof having completed the continuing education requirements for\n\nrenewal specified pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nCertified Real Estate Appraisers Act.\n\nB.
