The hearing on the charges shall be at a time and place\n\nprescribed by the Real Estate Appraiser Board and in accordance with\n\nthe provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act.\n\nB. If the Board determines that an Oklahoma certified appraiser\n\nis guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nCertified Real Estate Appraisers Act, it shall prepare an order\n\ncontaining findings of fact, conclusions of law, and disciplinary\n\npenalties in accordance with Section 858-723 of this title. The\n\ndecision and order of the Board shall be final.\n\nC.
