An Oklahoma certified real estate appraiser shall retain for\n\nfive (5) years, originals or true copies of all written contracts\n\nengaging that appraiser's services for real property appraisal work,\n\nand all reports and supporting data assembled and formulated by the\n\nappraiser in preparing the reports.\n\nB. This five-year period for retention of records is applicable\n\nto each engagement of the services of the appraiser and shall\n\ncommence upon the date of the submittal of the appraisal to the\n\nclient unless, within such five-year period, the appraiser is\n\nnotified that the appraisal or report is involved in litigation, in\n\nwhich event the five-year period for the retention of records shall\n\ncommence upon the date of the final disposition of such litigation.\n\nC.
