Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-730","heading":"Oklahoma Certified Real Estate Appraisers Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created the \"Oklahoma Certified Real Estate\n\nAppraisers Revolving Fund\". The fund shall consist of all monies,\n\nother than appropriated monies, received by the Department from fees\n\ncollected. The fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to\n\nfiscal year limitations and shall be subject to the administrative\n\ndirection of the Department.
