It is unlawful for a person to directly or indirectly engage\n\nor to attempt to engage in business as an AMC, to directly or\n\nindirectly perform or to attempt to perform appraisal management\n\nservices, or to advertise or hold itself out as engaging in or\n\nconducting business as an AMC without first obtaining a registration\n\nissued by the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board under the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation\n\nAct.\n\nB. The application for the registration required by subsection\n\nA of this section shall be on a form approved by the Board and\n\nshall, at a minimum, include the following information:\n\n1. Legal name and any other trade or business name of the\n\nentity seeking registration;\n\n2. Mailing and physical addresses of the entity seeking\n\nregistration;\n\n3. Telephone, email, website, and facsimile contact information\n\nof the entity seeking registration;\n\n4. If the entity is a corporation that is not domiciled in this\n\nstate, the name and contact information for the entity's agent for\n\nservice of process in this state;\n\n5. If the entity is a corporation, limited liability company,\n\nor partnership that is not domiciled in this state, proof that the\n\nentity is properly and currently registered with the Office of the\n\nSecretary of State;\n\n6. The name, mailing and physical addresses, and contact\n\ninformation for any person that owns the AMC;\n\n7. The name, mailing and physical addresses, and contact\n\ninformation for all named controlling persons;\n\n8. A certification that the entity has a system and process in\n\nplace to verify that a person being added to the appraiser panel of\n\nthe AMC for appraisal services being performed in Oklahoma holds a\n\ncredential in good standing in this state pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nCertified Real Estate Appraisers Act and the rules promulgated\n\nthereunder if a license or certification is required to perform\n\nappraisals, pursuant to Section 858-817 of this title;\n\n9. A certification that the entity has a system in place to\n\nreview the work of a statistically significant number of appraisal\n\nreports submitted by each appraiser who is performing real estate\n\nappraisal services for the AMC within Oklahoma on a periodic basis\n\nto validate that the real estate appraisal services are being\n\nconducted in accordance with USPAP and the Oklahoma Certified Real\n\nEstate Appraisers Act and the rules promulgated thereunder;\n\n10. A certification that the entity maintains a detailed record\n\nof each service request that it receives and the appraiser that\n\nperforms real estate appraisal services for the AMC, pursuant to\n\nSection 858-819 of this title;\n\n11. An irrevocable Uniform Consent to Service of Process,\n\npursuant to Section 858-807 of this title; and\n\n12.
