Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-808","heading":"Registration fees","body":"The Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board shall establish the fee\n\nto be paid by each AMC seeking registration or renewal of a\n\nregistration under the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company\n\nRegulation Act. The amount of the registration and renewal fees\n\nmust be the lesser of:\n\n1. The Board’s determination of the sum of the fees paid by all\n\nappraisal management companies seeking registration or renewal of a\n\nregistration under the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company\n\nRegulation Act sufficient for the administration of the Oklahoma\n\nAppraisal Management Company Regulation Act; or\n\n2.
