Each AMC applying to the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser\n\nBoard for a registration or for a renewal of a registration in this\n\nstate shall designate one controlling person that shall serve as the\n\nmain contact for all communication between the Board and the AMC.\n\nB. The controlling person designated pursuant to subsection A\n\nof this section shall:\n\n1. Remain in good standing with any appraiser-credentialing\n\njurisdictions that the controlling person has credentials with,\n\nhowever, nothing in this section shall require that a designated\n\ncontrolling person hold an appraiser credential in any jurisdiction;\n\n2. Have never had a credential issued by any appraiser-\n\ncredentialing jurisdiction to act as an appraiser refused, denied,\n\ncanceled, revoked, or surrendered in lieu of a pending disciplinary\n\nproceeding in any jurisdiction;\n\n3. Be of good moral character, as determined by the Board;\n\n4. Submit to a background investigation, as determined by the\n\nBoard; and\n\n5. Notify the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board of any\n\ndiscipline imposed by any other jurisdiction, whether state or\n\nfederal, including but not limited to consent agreements or orders,\n\nin connection with any real property valuation activity including,\n\nbut not limited to, public or private reprimand, censure, financial\n\npenalty, probation, restriction on practice, delisting, suspension,\n\nrevocation, surrender of license or credential, debarment or any\n\nother formal or informal resolution as to the Appraisal Management\n\nCompany or any of its individual controlling officers in their\n\ncapacity as an appraiser.\n\na. Discipline imposed by another jurisdiction shall be\n\nreported in writing within ten (10) calendar days of\n\nthe certificate holder's receipt of the final order or\n\nnotice of the discipline imposed, and failure to\n\nreport shall itself be grounds for discipline.\n\nb. The decision of the other jurisdiction that imposed\n\ndiscipline may not be collaterally attacked.
