Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-811","heading":"AMC prohibited actions","body":"An AMC that applies to the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board\n\nfor a registration or to renew a registration to do business in this\n\nstate as an AMC shall not:\n\n1. Employ any person who has had a credential issued by any\n\nappraiser-credentialing jurisdiction to act as an appraiser that was\n\nrefused, denied, canceled, suspended, revoked, or surrendered in\n\nlieu of a pending disciplinary proceeding in any jurisdiction and\n\nnot subsequently reinstated or granted;\n\n2. Knowingly enter into any independent contractor arrangement,\n\nwhether in verbal, written, or other form for the performance of\n\nappraisal or appraisal management services, with any person who has\n\nhad a credential that was issued by any appraiser-credentialing\n\njurisdiction to act as an appraiser refused, denied, canceled,\n\nsuspended, revoked, or surrendered in lieu of a pending disciplinary\n\nproceeding in any jurisdiction and not subsequently reinstated or\n\ngranted; and\n\n3. Knowingly enter into any contract, agreement, or other\n\nbusiness relationship, whether in verbal, written, or any other\n\nform, with any entity that employs, has entered into an independent\n\ncontract arrangement, or has entered into any contract, agreement,\n\nor other business relationship, whether in verbal, written, or any\n\nother form for the performance of appraisal or appraisal management\n\nservices, with any person who has ever had a credential issued by\n\nany appraiser-credentialing jurisdiction to act as an appraiser that\n\nwas refused, denied, canceled, suspended, revoked, or surrendered in\n\nlieu of a pending disciplinary proceeding in any jurisdiction and\n\nnot subsequently reinstated or granted.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"fa06ef7d5991ba22619b3d450eadae886cce4f0215b82d8be56b579b4b65ea3c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-858-810","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-858-812"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
