Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-820","heading":"Prohibited acts","body":"An AMC shall not perform or attempt to perform any one or more\n\nof the following acts:\n\n1. Require an appraiser to modify any aspect of an appraisal\n\nunless the modification complies with Section 858-819 of this title;\n\n2. Require an appraiser to prepare an appraisal if the\n\nappraiser, in the appraiser's own independent professional judgment,\n\nbelieves the appraiser does not have the necessary expertise for the\n\nassignment or for the specific geographic area and has notified the\n\nAMC and declined the assignment;\n\n3. Require an appraiser to prepare an appraisal under a time\n\nframe that the appraiser, in the appraiser's own professional\n\njudgment, believes does not afford the appraiser the ability to meet\n\nall the relevant legal and professional obligations and has notified\n\nthe AMC and declined the assignment;\n\n4. Prohibit or inhibit legal or other allowable communication\n\nbetween the appraiser and:\n\na. the lender,\n\nb. a real estate licensee, or\n\nc. any other person from whom the appraiser, in the\n\nappraiser's own professional judgment, believes\n\ninformation would be relevant;\n\n5. Requires the appraiser to do anything that does not comply\n\nwith:\n\na. USPAP,\n\nb. the Oklahoma Certified Real Estate Appraisers Act or\n\nthe rules promulgated thereunder, or\n\nc. any assignment conditions and certifications required\n\nby the client; or\n\n6.
