Each AMC shall, except in bona fide cases of breach of\n\ncontract or substandard performance of services, make payment to an\n\nappraiser for the completion of an appraisal or valuation assignment\n\nwithin sixty (60) days of the date on which the appraiser transmits\n\nor otherwise provides the completed appraisal or valuation study to\n\nthe AMC or its assignee unless a mutually agreed upon alternate\n\narrangement has been previously established.\n\nB.
