An AMC shall not alter, modify, or otherwise change or\n\nattempt to alter, modify, or otherwise change a completed appraisal\n\nsubmitted by an appraiser by doing any of the following:\n\n1. Permanently removing the appraiser’s signature or seal;\n\n2. Adding information to, or removing information from, the\n\nappraisal;\n\n3. Altering, modifying or otherwise changing a completed\n\nappraisal submitted by an independent appraiser without the\n\nappraiser’s knowledge and written consent; or\n\n4. Using an appraisal submitted by an independent appraiser for\n\nany other transaction or use.\n\nB.
