Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-826","heading":"Grounds for denial of registration","body":"The Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board may refuse to issue a\n\nregistration either on an original application or a renewal\n\napplication, if it has reasonable grounds to believe and finds any\n\nof the following to be true:\n\n1. That the applicant or any partner has, within twelve (12)\n\nmonths preceding the date of the application violated any provision\n\nof the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act or\n\nregulation of the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board;\n\n2. That the applicant is not of good moral character;\n\n3. That the applicant has been the holder of a registration\n\nrevoked or suspended for cause, or surrendered in lieu of\n\ndisciplinary proceedings;\n\n4. That the applicant, in the case of an application for\n\nrenewal of any registration, would not be eligible for such license\n\non a first application;\n\n5. That the issuance of the registration applied for would\n\nresult in a violation of any provision of the Oklahoma Appraisal\n\nManagement Company Regulation Act; or\n\n6. When, in the judgment of the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser\n\nBoard, the registrant has, in the conduct of affairs under the\n\nregistration, demonstrated incompetency, or untrustworthiness, or\n\nconduct or practices rendering the registrant unfit to carry on\n\nappraisal management services or making continuance in the business\n\ndetrimental to the public interest, or that the licensee is no\n\nlonger in good faith carrying on appraisal management services, and\n\nfor this conduct is found by the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser\n\nBoard to be a source of detriment, injury, or loss to the public.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0085c8179e498d07ea30f9a59aec64e7e6932b5f27db6667271df2cc54d51abf","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-858-825","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-858-827"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
