Stat. tit. 59, § 59-858-827","heading":"Penalties - Censure, suspension or revocation of","body":"registration, fine.\n\nThe Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board may censure an AMC,\n\nconditionally or unconditionally suspend or revoke any registration\n\nissued under the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation\n\nAct, or impose administrative fines not to exceed Five Thousand\n\nDollars ($5,000.00) per violation of the Oklahoma Appraisal\n\nManagement Company Regulation Act, if in the opinion of the Board,\n\nan AMC is attempting to perform, has performed, or has attempted to\n\nperform any of the following acts:\n\n1. Committing any act in violation of the Oklahoma Appraisal\n\nManagement Company Regulation Act;\n\n2. Violating any rule or regulation adopted by the Board in the\n\ninterest of the public and consistent with the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act; or\n\n3.
