No person shall advertise, in any manner, or otherwise\n\nrepresent himself as a physical therapist or physical therapist\n\nassistant or as a provider of physical therapy services unless such\n\nperson is licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Physical\n\nTherapy Practice Act.\n\nB. Any person who violates any provision of the Physical\n\nTherapy Practice Act shall be found guilty of a misdemeanor and upon\n\nconviction shall be subject to punishment pursuant to the provisions\n\nof Section 491 of this title and to one or more of the following\n\nactions which may be taken by the State Board of Medical Examiners\n\nin consultation with the Physical Therapy Committee:\n\n1. Revocation of license;\n\n2. Suspension of license not to exceed six (6) months from the\n\ndate of hearing;\n\n3. Invocation of restrictions in the form of probation as\n\ndefined by the Board; or\n\n4.
