Licenses under this act shall be subject to annual renewal\n\nand shall expire unless renewed in the manner prescribed by the\n\nrules and regulations of the Board, upon payment of a renewal fee\n\nprovided for in Section 11 of this act. The Board may provide for\n\nthe late renewal of a license upon payment of a late fee in\n\naccordance with its rules and regulations, but no such late renewal\n\nof a license may be granted more than five (5) years after its\n\nexpiration. A hearing before the Board may be required in addition\n\nto a late fee.\n\nB. A suspended license is subject to expiration and may be\n\nrenewed as provided in this section, but such renewal shall not\n\nentitle the licensee, while the license remains suspended and until\n\nit is reinstated, to engage in the licensed activity, or in any\n\nconduct or activity in violation of the order or judgment by which\n\nthe license was suspended. If a license revoked on disciplinary\n\ngrounds is reinstated, the licensee as a condition of reinstatement,\n\nshall pay the renewal fee and any late fee that may be applicable.\n\nC.
