The Oklahoma Occupational Therapy Advisory Committee shall\n\nrecommend to the Board for approval a list of applicants for\n\nlicenses at least twice each year at such reasonable times and\n\nplaces as shall be designated by the Board in its discretion.\n\nB. The Board shall approve the examination as described in\n\nSection 7 of this act.\n\nC. The Board may investigate complaints, issue, suspend, deny,\n\nand revoke licenses, reprimand licensees and place them on\n\nprobation, issue subpoenas, and hold hearings.\n\nD. The Committee shall propose rules to the Board consistent\n\nwith this act to carry out its duties in administering this act.\n\nE. The Board may hire individuals as it deems necessary to\n\nimplement the purposes of this act.\n\nF. The Board shall assist the proper legal authorities in the\n\nprosecution of all persons violating any provisions of this act.\n\nG.
