No person shall advertise, in any manner, or otherwise\n\nrepresent himself or herself as a licensed music therapist or as a\n\nprovider of music therapy services unless the person is licensed\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Music Therapy Practice Act.\n\nB. It shall be a misdemeanor for a person to violate any\n\nprovision of the Music Therapy Practice Act and, upon conviction,\n\nsuch person shall be subject to one or more of the following actions\n\nwhich may be taken by the Board in consultation with the Music\n\nTherapy Committee:\n\n1. Revocation of license;\n\n2. Suspension of license not to exceed six (6) months from the\n\ndate of hearing; or\n\n3.
