Stat. tit. 59, § 59-946","heading":"Violations - Punishment - Injunction","body":"Any person, firm, company, corporation, or partnership violating\n\nany of the provisions, of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor\n\nand upon conviction thereof shall be punished for each such offense,\n\nas provided by law, and in addition thereto may be enjoined by a\n\ncourt of competent jurisdiction for any further violations of the\n\nprovisions of this act. It shall be the mandatory duty of the\n\ndistrict attorneys of the respective counties to bring such\n\ninjunction suits when a verified complaint is filed with such\n\ndistrict attorney alleging any violations of this act.
