Securities authorized by Oklahoma Trust Act and Oklahoma\n\nUniform Prudent Investor Act. Banks having trust powers and trust\n\ncompanies shall have the power of investing the moneys placed in\n\ntheir charge through various trust accounts in such loans and\n\nsecurities as are authorized by the Oklahoma Trust Act and the\n\nOklahoma Uniform Prudent Investor Act.\n\nB. Investments in notes, bonds, or debentures secured, insured\n\nor guaranteed by United States - Acceptance by public officials. It\n\nshall be lawful for banks having trust powers and trust companies\n\nsubject to the laws of this state, under limitations prescribed by\n\nrule by the Commissioner, to invest their funds and trust funds in\n\ntheir custody and possession, eligible for investment, in notes or\n\nbonds secured by mortgages or in debentures the payment of which is\n\ninsured or guaranteed by the United States of America or by any of\n\nits departments or agencies, and without regard to the limitation on\n\nthe appraised value of the real estate securing the notes or\n\nobligations and without regard to limitation on the aggregate amount\n\nof such notes, bonds or obligations that may be owned or held by any\n\nsuch bank or trust company.\n\nC.
