Stat. tit. 6, § 6-1014","heading":"Closing of trust unduly delayed","body":"Whenever, in the opinion of the Commissioner as a result of a\n\nregular or special examination made at his discretion, the closing\n\nof any trust in process of administration by any bank or trust\n\ncompany as executor, administrator, guardian, conservator or other\n\ntrustee is found to be unduly delayed, either through the acts or\n\nfailure to act of any such bank or trust company or through the acts\n\nor failure to act of legal counsel employed in such proceedings, the\n\nbank or trust company shall, within thirty (30) days after receiving\n\nwritten notice from the Commissioner, file a report in the premises\n\nwith the court having jurisdiction of the matter and shall obtain an\n\nextension of time under a court order unless such extension is\n\ndeclined by the court.
