No bank holding company shall control a bank unless the bank\n\nis one such as is defined in Section 2(c) of the federal Bank\n\nHolding Company Act of 1956, as amended.\n\nB. No company that is not a bank holding company shall control\n\na bank.\n\nC. In addition to other remedies provided for by law, the\n\nCommissioner may enforce the provisions of this section by:\n\n1. Injunction; or\n\n2. Cease and desist order; or\n\n3.
