Stat. tit. 6, § 6-1514","heading":"Information-sharing agreements - Records","body":"The Commissioner may cooperate, coordinate, and enter into\n\ninformation-sharing agreements with any other local, state, federal,\n\nor foreign governmental agency regarding any or all information\n\nprovided by suppliers and by persons submitting registration\n\napplications, whether or not a license is issued. In the absence of\n\nan information-sharing agreement, all Department records resulting\n\nfrom the provisions of this act shall be confidential and shall not\n\nbe subject to public inspection.
