Stat. tit. 6, § 6-1520","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. “Blockchain analytics” means the analysis of data from\n\nblockchains or publicly distributed ledgers including, but not\n\nlimited to, associated transaction information;\n\n2. “Blockchain technology” means the same as defined in Section\n\n1359 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. “Currency” means the same as defined in Section 1512 of\n\nTitle 6 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. “Digital assets” means the same as defined in Section 1359\n\nof Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. “Digital asset address” means an alphanumeric identifier\n\nassociated with a digital asset wallet identifying the location to\n\nwhich a digital asset transaction can be sent;\n\n6. “Digital asset wallet” means a software application or other\n\nmechanism providing a means to hold, store, or transfer digital\n\nassets;\n\n7. “Digital asset kiosk” means an electronic terminal acting as\n\na mechanical agent of the digital asset kiosk operator to enable the\n\ndigital asset kiosk operator to facilitate the exchange of digital\n\nassets for money, bank credit, or other digital asset including, but\n\nnot limited to:\n\na. connecting directly to a separate digital asset\n\nexchange that performs the actual digital asset\n\ntransmission, or\n\nb. drawing upon the digital asset in the possession of\n\nthe electronic terminal’s operator;\n\n8. “Digital asset kiosk operator” means a person or entity that\n\nowns, operates, or manages a digital asset kiosk located in this\n\nstate offering digital asset kiosk transactions;\n\n9. “Digital asset kiosk transaction” means a transaction\n\nconducted or performed, in whole or in part, by electronic means via\n\na digital asset kiosk. Digital asset kiosk transaction shall also\n\nmean a transaction made at a digital asset kiosk to purchase digital\n\nassets with currency or to sell digital assets for currency;\n\n10. “New customer” means an individual who has never previously\n\ntransacted with a digital asset kiosk operator. The new customer\n\nshall remain defined as such during the seventy-two (72) hours after\n\nthe first financial transaction with the digital asset kiosk\n\noperator; and\n\n11. “Transaction hash” means a unique identifier made up of a\n\nstring of characters that acts as a record of and provides proof\n\nthat the transaction was verified and added to the blockchain.","path":["OK Code","Title 6"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os6.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b258a80a58142becbc9e1522891daa4d50455fcdf37c268e6e536c239c8eb2db","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-6-6-1515","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-6-6-1520.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
