Stat. tit. 6, § 6-1609","heading":"Certification of capital accounts","body":"Certification of capital accounts.\n\nBefore opening an office in this state, and annually thereafter\n\nso long as a bank office is maintained in this state, an\n\ninternational banking corporation licensed pursuant to the\n\nInternational Bank Act shall certify to the Board the amount of its\n\ncapital accounts, expressed in the currency of the country of its\n\nincorporation.
