Every international banking corporation doing business in\n\nthis state shall, at such times and in such form as the Board shall\n\nprescribe, make written reports in the English language to the\n\nBoard, under the oath of one of its officers, managers, or agents\n\ntransacting business in this state, showing the amount of its assets\n\nand liabilities and containing such other matters as the Board shall\n\nprescribe. If any such international banking corporation shall fail\n\nto make any such report, as directed by the Board, or if any such\n\nreport shall contain any false statement knowingly made, the same\n\nshall be grounds for revocation of the license of the international\n\nbanking corporation.\n\nB. Each international banking corporation which operates an\n\ninternational bank agency licensed under the International Bank Act\n\nshall cause to be kept, at its place of business in this state,\n\ncorrect and complete books and records of account of its business\n\noperations transacted by such agency in the manner as required by\n\nlaw for state banks. Such agencies shall also keep current copies\n\nof the charter and bylaws of the international banking corporation,\n\nrelative to the operations of the agency, and minutes of the\n\nproceedings of its directors or committees relative to the agency\n\nbusiness. Such records shall be kept in the same manner as required\n\nby law for state banks and shall be made available to the Board,\n\nupon request, at any time during regular business hours of the\n\nagency.
