In the event an international banking corporation which is\n\nlicensed to maintain an international bank agency in this state is\n\ndissolved, or its authority or existence is otherwise terminated,\n\ncanceled, or suspended in the jurisdiction of its incorporation,\n\noral notice by telephone of such event shall be given to the\n\nCommissioner, deputy commissioner or Board legal counsel, within\n\ntwelve (12) hours of such event.\n\nB. A certificate of the official who is responsible for records\n\nof banking corporations of the jurisdiction of incorporation of such\n\ninternational banking corporation, attesting to the occurrence of\n\nany such event, or a certified copy of an order or decree of a court\n\nof such jurisdiction directing the dissolution of such international\n\nbanking corporation, the termination of its existence, or the\n\ncancellation of its authority, shall be delivered within two (2)\n\ndays by the corporation or its officers and directors last appearing\n\nin the records of the Board to the Board. The filing of the\n\ncertificate, order, or decree shall have the same effect as the\n\nrevocation of the license of such international banking corporation\n\nas provided in Section 16 of this act.\n\nC.
